OLE 180 On-line SPE system is a fully automated system for HPLC sample preparation by on-line solid-phase extraction (SPE). The system is a combination of high-pressure pump with switching, selection and injection valves, controlled by an intelligent software with a user-friendly editor for programming and control. OLE 180 can handle all sample prep functions required by modern HPLC. The system includes a 10- position sample and solvent input selection valve, minipump, cartridge selector with 7 replaceable SPE cartridges and an HPLC injector. Up to 3 input selector positions can be assigned to the rinse solvents. OLE 180 acts as an "injector" and as such can be used in combination with any HPLC system. A "fingertight" connectors enable simple replacement of SPE cartridges. Cartridge holders are compatible with most frequently used cartridges.
